How it works

1. Fill out the intake form and payment agreement, email both documents to geri@hydeparkcounseling.com 

2. Enroll through the square payment portal for your monthly or weekly membership. 

3. Receive a call to schedule your first counseling session. 

4. Once you are scheduled your therapist will reach out via email with the virtual counseling link for your upcoming session and instructions. 

5. Remember to schedule weekly with your therapist to gain the most benefit from our service! 

5. Please reach out with any feedback, to cancel your membership, or switch therapists. 

Cancellations

 

All membership cancelation requests must be made 48 hours in advance of the recurring payment date in order to insure
adequate cancelation processing. 
Any sessions not used in the 30 day membership period will be forfeited and clients will be charged for the next 30 day cycle on a recurring basis.
